The original OMEGA Valve Mod. 1 was the first tunable gas valve for the Sig Sauer MCX. It was designed with the sole purpose of enhancing the shooting experience while using a silencer, and it accomplished that purpose very, very well. MKII accomplishes the same goal, but with nearly a year of end-user feedback in mind. This is what perfection looks like.
